The new Scrambler Ducati Food Factory opened in heart of Bologna, Via d’Azeglio: the restaurant develops inside the thirteenth century Torre Galluzzi, overlooking the suggestive Court.
The restaurant, designed and created to transmit and share the passion for taste and refinement, is characterized by a vintage design but with a modern flavor, typical of the Scrambler® world, where it is possible to live a unique experience from food to art, music, events and much more.
In the inauguration ceremony, Claudio Domenicali, Ducati Motor Holding CEO and Andrea Dovizioso, Ducati Team MotoGP pilot were present to cut the traditional ribbon.
The Ducati Food Factory Scrambler is not only a restaurant, but a real meeting point, which opens every day from early morning to evening, to welcome the customer from breakfast to aperitif, from brunch to dinner and even to evening drinks.
The wide culinary offer is realized with Zanussi Professional equipment, among which EasySteamPlus oven and Evo900 modular cooking hob stand out.
